In the biological context that we have always adopted in our farm, we could not make different choices in the kitchen.

Our Chef processes, kneads, cooks, grills and blends the best ingredients of our territory, zero km and organic, to give our guests a riot of flavors and colors, to make everyone feel that Italy in the kitchen has no equals!

For wine lovers we can offer the Tasting Menu, 3 or 4 courses on your choice.

With this menu we offer traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes to which we carefully and wisely combine a glass of wine, chosen from the labels of our production.

It starts with a fresh aperitif. Then at the table each course is enjoyed with a different wine in a swell of intensity and strength in taste and smell.
